Psychotherapy Consultations
I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapy practitioner, providing individual consultations for adults and facilitating group sessions.
In my environment, people perceive psychotherapy differently. For some, it is a way to understand themselves, build strength, and find calm in challenging situations. For others, it’s an uncertain, anxiety-provoking encounter. I belong to the first group, although there was a time when I hesitated and faced significant doubts and fears before attending my first psychotherapy session. Today, therapy helps me breathe more freely—it allows me to explore the unknown, understand blockages, respond more creatively to various situations, and feel supported. Perhaps this might encourage you to take the step as well?
Gestalt psychotherapy is a humanistic, existential approach that emphasizes individuality. In therapeutic sessions, we explore the processes and emotions unfolding in the present moment, connecting them to the authentic context of your life. Together, we creatively seek awareness, resources, and inner peace.

About me
In my professional practice, the person, not their role, is always my priority. I place great emphasis on creating an equal and respectful relationship because when both you and I feel comfortable, it becomes easier to navigate even the most challenging topics together. I discovered the path of psychotherapy in 2020, transitioning from the business world—a background that adds a unique perspective to my work.
I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapy practitioner, having completed 1,000 hours of studies, and I continue to deepen my knowledge through postgraduate studies at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute. My passion for facilitating group sessions led me to specialize in psychotherapeutic group work at VGI in 2022–2023. I also actively expand my expertise through various conferences and trainings like Psychosocial Factors at Work (2020), Suicide Prevention (2022), Emotions at Work (2023), LGBTQ+ and Mental Health (2024), Comprehensive Support for Men in Crisis Situations (2024) and others.
In sessions with my clients, I create a space where topics that matter most to them can be explored together. These topics can vary widely, including:
Relationships – navigating challenges and crises
Emotional exhaustion and feeling stuck in life situations
Identity exploration – within your profession, parenthood, midlife transitions, or other contexts
Understanding behavioral patterns and building self-esteem
Loss and grief
Each session is tailored to your unique journey, with the goal of fostering insight, growth, and resilience.
